Reflection:

Getting feedback from End Users

In this project, I challenged myself to navigate the already-crowded space of Financial wellness. I believe that this is a real problem, also supported by the research, that happens to many people on the current society, and this belief encouraged me to dig deep to the gap of the existing space and constantly revisited my design.

One big takeaway from this project is I understood the value of back and fourth relationship between the end user and myself which helped me understand the real challenges they face in depth even with the existing market-space. This required not only iterations of the flow and design but also thinking of the best way of representing the logic behind to end users to gain constructive feedback.
